Content & advice

Our field guides are educational content based on racing experience and community consensus — they are not medical or coaching prescriptions for your body. For anything medical (injury, heat illness, nutrition changes), talk to a professional first. We work to keep content accurate and update it when we learn better, but we can't guarantee it fits every runner or every course.

Fictional races

All races, courses, bib numbers, buckles, and sponsor strips depicted on our merchandise are fictional and original to Aid Station. Real events are only ever referenced factually in editorial content; they never appear on products.

Shop purchases

Merchandise is made to order. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced free of charge — contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns; check size charts before ordering.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, and written content are original works owned by Aid Station Goods. Personal sharing with attribution is welcome; commercial reuse requires written permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.
